At First Church, we love the Lord and we love kids! We hope you will bring your kids to church for Sunday School, Wednesday evenings, Vacation Bible School, and other special events. We offer ministry programs for infants through fifth grade. For your convenience, all of our classrooms, including our nursery, are now located on the second floor of the church. We have great Sunday School leaders and teachers who are so excited to be teaching your kids about Jesus.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Kindergarten to Grade 5
Sunday School class for children ages 5-7 takes place in Room 204 with Pastor David, while children ages 8-10 meet Sydney Farra at the Welcome Center to go downstairs for their class.
3 and 4 year-olds in Room 206
Each week our preschoolers will have special time with Mrs. Parrot. She will teach them the Bible stories in interactive ways and with fun crafts. Your little ones will love to tell you about what they learned.

Would you like to attend Wednesday evening events, but struggle due to early bedtimes/busy evening routines? We offer programming with families of young children in mind! Songs, stories and activities are led in Room 204 starting at 4:30 PM. An adult discipleship class is led in Room 210. The evening concludes with a meal at 5:30 PM.

Babies, toddlers, and children are welcome to attend the worship service. We also offer the following:
•Family room in the Sanctuary's side chapel, where the service can be seen and heard.
•Infant changing table, located in the women's restroom just outside the Sanctuary.
•Nursery care for newborns through age 4 in Room 209 (second floor).
Hours are Sundays 8:15 AM to 11:00 AM and Wednesdays 4:30-5:30 PM.
We provide a safe and loving environment for your child while families participate in onsite
church-based activities. Check out our recently updated toddler and infant spaces,
including a private nursing area/changing table.
