This method has you reading 3 chapters a day and 5 chapters on Sundays cover-to-cover so you will finish in a year!

Join Jen Heil in an in person, weekly discussion of the Bible.

This method allows you to read chronologically and listen daily to finish and learn a lot this year!

MEETING DETAILS:
We will meet once a week throughout 2025. There are 2 times for you to choose from! Sundays at 5:30 PM or Mondays at 9:00 AM. Both will meet at First United Presbyterian Church (605 N. Webster Ave). Below is our reading schedule!

    We suggest morning when your brain is freshest and you can give the first moments of your day to God.
  • Involve your family
    Show your kids the pages for youth and children so there can be discussion at home.
  • Invite others to participate
    Accountability and partnership works

    Some stores create notebooks dedicated to Bible reading and reflection! Do a google search.
  • Knowing all the answers is NOT required!
    Even the most scholarly, experienced biblical experts still learn from God's Word.

    Find a way that works for you to stay consistent and stick to it!

    It's up to you, but there is value in focusing on one group/section of content at a time.
  • Can I skip the books I don’t like to read?
    Well then you won't have read the whole thing will you? Plus, you never know, you might just learn something!
  • I didn’t understand today’s reading...
    Write down your questions and confusions and bring them to the next meeting in your plan!
  • Do I need supplemental reading materials?
    Need? No. But some supplemental reading materials can absolutely enhance learning!
